PR_SET_TIMING - set the process timing mode

DESCRIPTION
Set whether to use (normal, traditional) statistical process timing or accurate timestamp-based process timing, by passing PR_TIMING_STATISTICAL or PR_TIMING_TIMESTAMP to mode.
RETURN VALUE
On success, 0 is returned. On error, -1 is returned, and errno is set to indicate the error.
ERRORS
EINVAL mode is not PR_TIMING_STATISTICAL.

CAVEATS
PR_TIMING_TIMESTAMP is not currently implemented (attempting to set this mode will yield the error EINVAL).
